This was in the first few weeks of deadlift training. I only started going to the gym a several months prior to this clip. The form is horrible. Check out my later video for an improved (but still not perfect) form.

  • You literally just grabbed the weights and instead of getting into a lockout slam the weight up, enjoy back problems.

  • Wow you got that off the floor fast. Impressive on that. But the jerk is what'll make your spine look like a pretzel. Train lockouts and do low weight high reps something like a 150 for 12 for form and speed and you'll lock it out in no time. Happy lifting.

  • haha. stop lifting

  • wasnt that bad ffs. it looked worse because he has shorts on and the bar stuck to his thighs

  • 4 chiropractors liked this video.

  • inb4 you're in a wheelchair

  • fail... at least you arent using pussy straps... but your form needs some work... check out my vids bro...

  • My back Snapped after watching this video, that initial snap with 405 on the bar and with your body weight shouldve injured u pretty bad great job considering your body weight tho

  • why is it that people say they can lift so much but are really just loading on the 25's? it doesn't make any sense. Lift for yourself. not for impressing others with lying.

  • I haven't laughed this hard in months, incredible strength, but the initial lift off had me falling out of my chair. You look like you couldn't lift up a piece of paper with a weight printed on it but you proved me wrong.
