Guyver: Out of Control (movie released before this series) was rather poor imo but had one funny aspect:

When our (male) protagonist first fuses with the guyver unit he's all writhing about in horrible pain. Later, when the central (female) antagonist fuses with a guyver unit we get some fan-service in which it fuses with her via triple (maybe even quadruple) penetration. She seems to enjoy it. However, certainly explains why our male protagonist writhed in pain so much while the unit fused.
