There is no way that an exact date can be given for an EQ, volcanoes yes, maybe a weeks warning but EQ are totally different. I would love to meet a seismologist that can give a specific date for an EQ, they would make a fortune! It is overdue according to the historic data though.

He's in San Bernardino 70 miles east of Los Angeles, nothing but desert and subdivisions out there nothing big its not a metropolitan area like LA.
