@mcbelmes , I don't consider myself a Con or a Lib and I think Fox News is a joke,but this is one of the few instances I agree with them. The fact that Morales-Soriano is here illegally means he shouldn't be here in the first place, thus wouldn't be here driving drunk and killing Brian Matthews.
