Geoengineering program in Abilene, Texas?

President Obama's science advisor, John Holdren, recently suggested putting particulate matter into the air to reflect sunlight.

Excerpt:

The president's new science adviser said Wednesday that global warming is so dire, the Obama administration is discussing radical technologies to cool Earth's air.

John Holdren told The Associated Press in his first interview since being confirmed last month that the idea of geoengineering the climate is being discussed. One such extreme option includes shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun's rays. Holdren said such an experimental measure would only be used as a last resort.

"It's got to be looked at," he said. "We don't have the luxury of taking any approach off the table."

The fronts are so powerful they can deflect hurricanes. We think thus, that we see the black trails and the trails that last all day we are seeing this type of geoengineering (weather modification)

The black trails are probably carbon black trails which are used to start weather

fronts moving east..escalating the weather events that are created from the artificial heating they create. Professor Emanuel from MIT explains this very well and how jets on the east coast can deploy carbon black to start weather

fronts with escalating impacts in order to force hurricanes off the east coast or southern states.

The NOAA currently list 60 plus weather modification programs most of which release CHEMICALS in our atmosphere. How anyone can look up in the sky and call this NORMAL is beyond me.
