  • Very fine performance, yet the initial statement of the Chorale is very slow, contrary to the meaning of the text (JOYFULLY, not sadly, greeting the Lord Jesus, calling for allegro and grand jeux/tutti) that is always central for Bach, but sadly seldom so for today's performers. See at virtually baroque dot com on BWV 768. Very fine performance still.
