Meet Yuugi Mutou, the Japanese 16 year old High School boy with a passion for games, especially Duel Monsters. After school, Yuugi and his friends decide to visit his grandpa's game shop. However, shortly after arriving they are met by Seto Kaiba, the CEO of the Kaiba Corporation and the Duel Monster's Champion in Japan, who then demands a trade for his grandpa's exceedingly rare Blue Eyes White Dragon. After Grandpa Mutou rejects Seto's offer, Seto forces him into a duel and upon his victory, he rips up the card. Now forced into a duel of his own, Yuugi must defeat Seto Kaiba in order to prove the power of a deck when someone's heart resides within it, but when faced with overwhelming odds, can he emerge victorious?
It's been 8 months.... but we've finally come through for you with the first official release of Yu-Gi-Oh The FanDub Series! It's been in the works for this long and you'd think we'd have made a ton of progress but as you've all seen, we didn't make it through unscathed. We've unfortunately lost two key members of the Cast and Crew before this episode could see the light of day but I've given them credit for their work and I thank them for their time. Sakasa Jinei for being the mastermind behind ProjectYGO and mixing parts 1 and 2 of this episode. We wouldn't be here without you having gotten the ball rolling. And more recently, asw, the voice actor of Mou Hitori no Yuugi, aka Yami Yuugi, for his amazing voice work. It's unfortunate that these members have left the team but it was their decision and they will be missed.
