    eat more alkaline foods or foods that help body produce more basic substances to balance out the acids in the body, lemons are acidic but once ingested help the body become more alkaline when they react with chemicals in the body so eat more of those, eat more healthy foods that draw out and get rid of the acids and toxins stuck in the fat cells like anitoxidants, carotenoids, anthocyanins that are in different coloured veg eat at least 3-5 different coloured veg everyday!

  • There are a few incorrect facts here .The first is, you DO gain more fat cells after puberty. The truth is you can never lose them, they only shrink up but your body does continue to make more throughout life. Secondly in hypotrophy you can over time gain the very number of muscle cells or fibers. Initially your body only grows exsisting cells, but at some point the body adjusts to progressive overload by creating new small muscle fiber which in turn will grow until more fiber are needed.
