@JTuniverse yeah menu wise, it's basically a splitting image of WM 2000. So yes there is a CAW mode and it's more detailed with moves and wrestling gear than its American predecessor. After a certain amount of time playing it, you even unlock moves from both WM 2000 and WCW/NWO Revenge. Plus moves you've never seen in the American games at that time.
