Ever wonder what the opening to an 80s Tetris animated series would look like? Wonder no more, Tetrimaniacs! Inspired by "Get Your Blocks Off" from The Devastator, a quarterly comedy magazine of comics and awesomeness.

In a frozen land, there was an evil czar
His name was Time Limit and he took it too far
So the people revolted and tore down his wall
There were magic bricks that started to fall
There was Tom, Lance, Sam and Steph
Reversula S-Block, schemin' Lex

@typhoon2099 The US production team took a lot of liberties with the game mythology and design to create a show that really "engages children on an emotional level" and "gets them to buy all sorts of Tetris crap."
