The pan-Slav ... the Pan-Slavic ...

What is Pan-Slavism?

Some know the pan-Turkism or Pan-Germanism, both mentioned above to twentieth centuries, but know that Pan-Slavism .?....
you it has had a role? in European history, and the people .... Slave

Let's see ..

For centuries, the Slavs unite, as the empire of Samo, Poland, which is originally a union of Slavic tribes, or the Great Moravian .....

it is thus, as the fifteenth century, after an analysis of the Slavic peoples, a Croat named Vinko Pribojevic published a book entitled "Slaven Podrijetlo i slava" (the origin of the Slavs and the glory)
and thus become known as the founder of pan-Slavic ideology.

Subsequently, the 16 centuries, for the first time that such an ideology based on the unity and fraternity slave, was formulated as a political program, which was developed by the Croats Orbini Mavro and Juraj Krizanic

Since then, each generation was born Slaves of adherents of Pan-Slavism, following the path their ancestors go ......
For example:
Samo Tomasik, Slovak poets, who is the creator of "Hej Slaven '(Hey Slavs) a hymn written in 1834 and has since been adopted by the pan-Slav, as the anthem of the People Slaves ..
He also served in the Sokol movement, and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Serbia and Montenegro.
The song is also considered as the second unofficial anthem of the Slovaks. Its melody is based on Mazurek Dąbrowskiego, the anthem of Poland since 1926, but is much slower and more pronounced ..

Here is an excerpt from the Slavonic hymn.

Flagship artist of Art Nouveau, Czech Panslavist, Alphonse Mucha, is who we owe the masterpiece (The Epic of the Slavs) as one of a series of 20 paintings depicting the history of the Slavs , origins until 20 centuries.

look at any table, issue of The Epic of the Slavs.

Over time, both resident of Slavic countries, or end of the diaspora, the pan-Slavic sentiment grew among the Slavs, and took such a magnitude that in 1848, in Prague, held a conference attended by several pan-Slavic Slavic countries.
and since that time, many are taken in different countries Slavs.

in 2010, Ukraine was held in Kiev, the tenth pan-Slavic Congress.

The Congress rassemblé140 delegates from Belarus, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Montenegro
and more than 150 guests of the congress.

In the international forum, we could find senators, MPs, provincial legislatures, Slavic scholars, writers, publishers, musicians, philosophers, historians, doctors, professors, economists and entrepreneurs ....

There were many young people, many organizations Slavic community.
Some delegates from Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina could not go to Kiev, some of them, they sent their greeting written to Congress.

All this has the effect each has 19 centuries to the creation, organization, Sokol.

Sokol was a youth sports Slavic, based in the Czech Republic.
it was designed a uniform which was a mixture of Slavic influences, and revolutionary.

Russian brown pants, a jacket Polish revolutionary, a cap and a red shirt Montenegrin Garibaldi.

The movement was also distributed in all regions populated by the Slavic culture, especially by the Czechs settled in these countries, as the writer August Seno, Croatia,

In 1874, the association Ceská beseda, is based in Zagreb. It is growing rapidly, creating sokol units across the country.

The example of Croatia, followed by Poland (Slovenia, Serbia, Ukraine, Macedonia, Russia, etc ...)

Pan-Slavism, served also to twentieth centuries, the creation of two countries, which will be Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia, which are the sum of eight countries united Slavs.

In 1947, negotiations between Yugoslavia and Bulgaria, have even been completed and finalized the contract Bled.
The objective of the negotiations was to form a new union of two independent countries.,
or else to bring Bulgaria, and Yugoslavia, the creation of a new country for the South Slavs.
But after the intervention of Stalin, the agreement could not be achieved.

Today, the Pan-Slavism, has a growing trend among young people in some Slavic countries.
Multiple factors, such as the entry of the Slavic countries
in the European Union, has contributed to the fact that many young people feel Slavs, and find a sense of belonging and identity is, "being a slavs."

In every age, Slavic tribes, they are united.
do in the next century, future generations continuront,? as did their ancestors, only the future will tell.

in conclusion:
Panslavists ... Pan-Slavic ...

Pan-Slavism

you it has had a role? in European history, and the Slavic people .....?
