@Kramnosnits Looking at this, I would date in from 1965. Firstly the Shadows are playing Burns guitars which they started using from late 63/early 64 and also their haircuts which are probably a bit long for 1963. Lastly the line up is the Marvin Welch Bennett Rostill one. John Rostill the bass player didnt join until 10th Nov 63, given the need for rehearsal time 1963 is unlikely.Great clip I have to say.

That year onwards had the Shadows and Cliff into a new style, haircuts etc. At the same time as the Beatles were growing their styles in Liverpool.
