I am wondering if you are using a different editor. An exceptional editor that you could use is the JCE editor, which can be found in the joomla extensions directory. This editor allows you to choose which features show up for contrubutors. Hopefully, this helps.

how come my WySiWyG buttons are different? I dont have all those options like you have. I got maybe half of them.
