oh wow im the defendant lol i was looking to see if the whole episode was up here..long story short the case was about the other girl being completely pyscho a few weeks after we moved in. hidin in the corners with knives type crazy. i moved out and she owed me half the security deposit and brokers fee she refused to pay so we went to court and i won because we had a contract.
