Responsible for this look is a photographer from the netherlands with name Siebe Warmoeskerken. I just tried to apply his style on one of my own photos. I hope I suceeded. Please take a look on Siebe's blog, I really can recommend it!

In next time, I will try to figure out, how professional artists like Siebe deal with their pictures

For all english-speaking viewers here my steps:

Black and White on Softlight to increase the contrast, layer fill on 75%
Curces-Adjustment-Layer
Color Balance
Second Curves-Adjustment-Layer
Second Color Balance
Solid Color on Exclusion with a layer fill of 50%

  • @MrSvSa I will write a tutorial for it because I found out that it's possible to do this effect in a more easier way.

    Adj layer: B&W on Softlight, fill 75%

    Adj layer: Curves at output 57 input 92 on Luminosity

    Adj layer: Color Balance, midtones red -12 blue 20

    Adj layer: Curves, left output 38 input 60, right output 205 input 175

    Adj layer: Color Balance, midtones red 50 blue -50, highlights red -20

    Solid Color: 3b687d on exclusion, fill 50%
