All warriors need these few macros. This will improve your arena game if you have'nt used these macros in the past. Just set up your focus target ( /focus ), put the frame somewhere visable, and watch what they cast so you can chose how to interrupt it, or when to reflect it. The best way to practice this is in BGs, world pvp ect... you will be beter at it in your rated arenas if you always have a /focus and use these macros. It takes time to become natural so try not to get frustraited if its not as fluent as you would like. Reckoning Dragonmaw guild: OTL PvPparadise

When i use spell reflect i then have my shield and 1h on, how do most people get there 2h back on after words?

The focus charge/intercept is the best and the most advanced control in an arena a warrior has. Any good warriors should constantly do that taking the situation into consideration. And Faure gives a perfect example for it.
