Having worked in retail, this is painful to watch. An entire warehouse gone, just like that. It's more the fault of the shelf design. Sure, the guy could've driven better. But there's a thing called workplace safety. Had that shelf been secure and had a guard rail in front of the edge, none of this would have happened, plain and simple.
