My dad told me, that Blind Guardian released "best of" compilation. I thought: "Yeah, another: "throw some old shit on CD" stuff for lack of money", but then i started to listen some songs. I have listened Valhalla, Mirror Mirror, The Last Candle, both Bard's Songs, and i have listened to THIS...
...and then there was silence.

It just sounds like they remixed it, not really remastered.
Still sort of the grand epitome of Power metal, Just not as powerful.

This just depends really what you listen and enjoy first. People are going to like this version more if they hear it first. You sit back and fall in love with something and can't stand change, as little as it is. You'll be expecting a certain drum sound or orchestra hit and it doesn't come, it disappoints you. This is VERY professionally re-recorded.
