First, I do not have an iPhone. I have the iPod Touch

Second, I would assume that you would have to pay a monthly bill yes if you had the iPhone, which I do not

fine you're everybody hates repeated questions so i can't blame you but the differences between an itouch and iphone are very few and ther is no difference of apearance at all. so can't blame me for confusing the two.
