Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) has some of the craziest traffic in the world--streets clogged full of motorbikes. Chinatown is the worst. Traffic controls are basically a joke, so crossing the street as a pedestrian requires a particular approach--which is basically to start walking at a steady pace, and everyone will weave around you. It actually works. I make it straight across, while Eric is too tentative.
