Right folks,I'm back with another new series.I've had a lot of people ask me about DCC(Digital Command Control), after seeing some of my other video's about it.

So to kick off this series I'd thought i'd show one of the latest loco's to join my fleet. So for the 1st 4 video's You'll see 37 057 move off & then pick up it's train & then head off with it.you'll also see this DCC on board loco show you some of the things that you can do with DCC......& oh,TURN UP YOUR SPEAKERS!!More to follow...

  • @trialprice I've not got any video's showing doing Decoder reset on CV8. Check that wires to speaker & decoder not broken. Also try repluging in the decoder, & that all wheels & pickups track etc are clean. if they are all okay. then i think it's CV8, then write (program the value) 8 to CV 8. A reset of the sound files is only possible with the aid

    of the LokProgrammer 53451.

    Kind regards.

  • have you any videos of you doing a cv 8 on a loco as my sound

has stoped only the lights work the train also runs ok its a32-383 weathered class 37 petroleum livery howes esu loksound decoder can you help

  • @kratos32godofwar The layout is under DCC control, so each loco has to have a decoder (chip) fitted. The loco will only move or respond when called up by the controller. The track over the whole layout has constent power all the time, in the rails. Unlike normal DC, where you control the track by how much you turn the control knob. Visit Hornby's website & look at their DCC section, as it gives a brief run down about DCC.

  • how do u get to move 1 loco at a time on the same track as others but they dnt move with the same currant if u know what i mean?? like if u hav the same electric currant flowing on the same track with a number of locos but only 1 moves?
