@nixonatorator 3000 is not enough for the frame, its more like 4 or 5000 for the frame, 1500 for gruppo, 1000 for small stuff like the bars, 2500 for the wheels and a some other not as expensive stuff.

@LIR401 3,000 dollars spent on a professional tour bike will get you a set of wheels and a front fork. Or just a frame take your pick.
