70% live, I'm 100% sure of that ...only the chorus chorus (dude looks like a lady) and some parts are playback and screams. note that sometimes he sings live at the same time playback, getting two voices. 1:55 , 3:29 ...

@bluesfashion there are backing tracks used throughout, but yes they are used mostly at the end.
Aerosmith have used backing tracks to help with vocals and even some guitar parts for a LONG time now
