I answered my own question. Allmusic.com is helpful. This came from a compilation called Best of Mountain Stage Live Volume 3. I wonder if there is more Zevon live from this venue. The sound is amazing.

Hey, this is a completely different version than what's on Mr. Bad Example. That one was all guitars, this one's just piano and strings, neither of which were on the CD, I believe. Where did this come from?

Kid Rock sampled "Werewolves of London," which is the most-recognized of Warren's songs, but ironically one of his lesser songs. Look at the body of work, Accidentally Llke a Martyr, Desperadoes Under the Eaves, Muhammed's Radio, Mutineer, Lawyers Guns and Money....all were great songs, and that scratches surface.
