not only dynamics.....it all sounds monotone, and change the timbre i thinks it is too rough....technical skills are good but that's the half of it....the rest is your presentations and emotions that you give out through the music....(if you understand) this is what lacking.....you play well keep it up =]

try to check if you're doing the ornaments correctly... also there is a mistake on 0:31.

this is not the first time I find this mistake in youtube. it's NOT B flat!!
