    I might agree but it doesn't have any "WOB WOB WOB" and Instagram* did not create those "effects" they're called color-grading and they've been around since before you were born :hmm:

    You're the first person that perfectly explains what happened. I did intend to just put the elements necessary to make up a conclusion, and I did so to allow me to focus on the action and avoid unnecessary clarifications which show the flaws of the GTA 4 engine.

    The person killed at the very beginning is the father/husband of the girl. He is killed by some assassin. The assassin then picks up the father/husband's phone and goes on a mission to kill the girl to tie up loose ends.
