First look and tour of the Nokia E71

Nokia created the Eseries devices to appeal to the enterprise/business user and has both QWERTY and standard phone form factor devices. The QWERTY devices have evolved from the chunky and wide E61 to the slimmer E61i and now to the even slimmer Nokia E71. The E71 is almost exactly the same size as the iPhone with a focus on messaging and creation, rather than media consumption. It is an extremely classy, well constructed, and beautiful device that may appeal to those outside the enterprise market.

Actually, 2.5mm is the standard for almost all mobile phones while 3.5mm is the standard for most all MP3 players.

Here it is 2012 and, I'm buying this phone with the straight talk plan. That alone should tell you that this phone does not suck. Sure, it's not a iPhone, and that's the point. It doesn't have to be. It's a good smart phone, with a good company. If you want more, and you aren't good with money, then may I suggest going to an Apple store.

@180rup Arguable there are alot of phones that use 2.5mm so it's standard for most phones of this class and it's not really a problem you can find those headphones pretty easily if you ask for phone headphones, so i guess that would be standard for phones 3.5 mm is Mp3 most phones just stick with that kuz apperantly it's "easier"

umm.. he got quite a bit of facts wrong... thers a front camera were he sayed was a sensor light.. on the other side of that phone speaker is the little light thing.. nd imbetween the volume rockers is a dedecated button, in pretty sure its for the camera , im not posting this to b meen to him, it just bothers me for some reson, :]
