She then launches into the love song...Despite the illness, the Mamas and the Papas were a great group, and it's nice to see Denny and Elaine "Spanky" McFarlane (filling in for the late Cass Elliot). Apparently Mackenzie has made several attempts to record an album, but one thing or another always seemed to get in the way of finishing a project (DRUGS DRUGS AND MORE DRUGS). Sad, really.
