Looters should be shot on sight. That stops the looting right away. Look at videos of the R. King riots in LA when Korean store owners defended their stores from the rooftops with rifles. Or you can find videos of BLACK police looting Walmart after Katrina in New Orleans. Looting is a behavior of choice, and it can be changed by one simple "shoot on sight" order.

Gee if the man said they were black they were black. I do not see it as anti-white, but I do see it as a politically correct. I think labeling this as pro-black shows a mental filter being employed. This PC position is to protect oneself from lawsuits, and it is also acceptable "public relations" due to the current political paradigm. It could easily had been a different group.
