Eczema (and psoriasis) can be helped with vit D, omega 3 fats, various anti-inflammatory compounds found in plants, resveratrol, quercetin, cyanins/antrocyanins,procyanin s...etc... a big one that is found to be effective is oral supplementation and topical application (especially topical) of forskolin (from coleus forskolii). It normalizes the cyclic guanosine diphosphate (cGDP) and cyclic adenosine diphosphate (cADP) whose ratio is out of whack in eczema and psoriasis.
