For a change of scene I decide to visit RAF Mildenhall for some military spotting. Part one of my video log features footage of a United States Air Force Boeing RC-135, a KC-135, a Cessana UC-35A Citation V and a smokey NATO Boeing E-3A. Look out for part two coming soon with more action from the days filming!

  • awesome video, what type of camera do you use? Its amazing, and do you use a tripod?

  • Hi Skyes9, thanks for the compliment.

I use a Sony HDR-XR105 HD camcorder for filming. I use a tripod for virtually all of my filming (Manfrotto tripod and fluid video head). I very occasionally use a monopod where it is not possible to use a tripod.

  • great video mate , what software do you use to convert for youtube.

  • I used Sony's Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9.0. It's not perfect but it's the only one I have found so far that can handle AVCHD video and 5.1 surround sound.

  • Why don't the 2 planes land at the end? The one with the funny looking huge disks on their tails? Freaky stuff, man. Drink kombucha to detoxify from chemtrails!

  • Cheers mate :)
