Cave Story - Minimal items part 1 - Beginnings.

This is a challenge inspired by UltraJMan. I have to beat Cave Story, getting the best ending, without collecting any health boosts or items unless necessary to complete the game. That means I will go through this entire game with only 3 health, a polar star gun, a fireball gun, and the blade, in addition to any other small items needed to complete the game.
