Florida Cop Does a Drive by Tasing....Pensacola,FL

Its horrible, I know this is a major problem in many cities around the country, but it really impacted our local community and shocked us out of our apathy.Pensacola police officer Jerald Ard, fired a Taser from his moving vehicle and missed, but struck and dragged Steens body beneath his police cruiser.I was one of seven people standing outside Sluggos, a music venue, when the 17-year-old was killed.
The real question is how can we act responsibly and effectively in this situation to honor Victor Steen and try to do something about not letting this be swept under the rug?

@mikimeadows that's know reason to murder a person the cop was wrong in what he did if that kids family had been rich it would be a major story but just some poor black kid that police go after all the time,hell i am white and i can see that cops are always fucking with young blacks i don't blame anyone when something likes this happen for getting mad but its all our fault that cops do this and get by with it WE WANT STAND UP AGAINST COPS END OF STORY

I am not unsympathetic to the family. I know they are hurting and Im sorry for that. My understanding is that he was not profiled for his color, but for his location when they first tried to stop him and talk to him. Police have every responsibility to question anyone who is in a closed construction area. There is too much vandalism and theft in those areas to ignore a person of any color being there.

The fact that he was in a construction area closed for the day and he had a gun on him has no bearing on this at all.
