I am an Indian in my high school like many other schools in India.every year we used to get a red nicely decorated book with golden pages(very expensive look)a holy BIBLE.I was 12,i had muslim,sikh,hindu,chirstian friends in my school(India is secular country).once I went to a chirstian friend and asked y they give us a bible every year.y not nice diary so that we can use it for the whole year for writing.he could not answer me..

Im a sikh.in my school i got a very nicely decorated book of hindu mantras.we had hindus, muslims, christians, sikhs studying together,i went to a hindu friend one day and asked him as to why they gave us these vedic books every year and why a school had employed a pandit called shastri-ji?? The guy had no answer. later wen i was 10 yrs old..i realised why the school was called Dayanand Anglo-VEDIC (DAV).Dnt ask stupid questions wen u chose to study in St. John's high school.

This is NOT the true face of India. I've walked through the poorest parts of India and other Asian countries and the people have been extremely warm and unthreatening. Try the same with many parts of the western world!
