LOOOOOOOOOOL

It'd give me bad habits.
-
I just saw an ESPN special where Sam Querrey and Donald Young were both using this drill in practice, and they're at least 10 times better than anyone here.
It's not a beginner's drill, sure, but it could probably help better players develop a relaxed feel for racquet control and aiming coordination.
-
I guess this might be good for people with too much tendency who hit the ball flat or slice it...but I'm still skeptic of the how practical such a drill can be...
-
It makes sense to me. You cant know what to do if you dont know what not to do. Horrendous drill, Bah. Only horrendous for inexperienced players who are too incompetent to understand tennis PRACTICE.
-
Especially the white guy, very good touch!
-
I completely agree, it's obvious that is not a new of kind of play but just an excersize.. Your "touch" is really good, both of you have a very good touch..How much i'd like to have a touch like your..
-
Next drill...let's practice hitting into the net. After that, how to hit a ball over the fence!
-
As do I. Making horrible habits in inexperienced players. This is tennis treason!
Hmm, I see that some people have no idea about coordination, racquet head control, getting the feel for topsin, hitting the ball on the rise, quick footwork and having fun at the same time.
There are hundreds of tennis drills that have nothing to do with what you actually do in a tennis match, but they improve skills, that wouldn't improve with "normal" practice. This is one of them.
