The Luckiest Frag Grenade In MW2 Ever

So me and my friend were taking turns play search games and he was trying to get a ninja defuse (he did in the same game you can see it in my last video) and then all of the sudden he got killed by a frag nade. When we watched the kill cam, it showed that someone was flashed by a flash grenade and randomly threw his frag grenade. It then bounced off an umbrella and a ledge to fall onto my friend and kill him.
