@gz6p yea jiraiya sucks compared to the other sannin's instruction i mean look at sasuke and sakura they get super good and naruto has a minor increase.

@gz6p it's explained in the manga, the oil used in the elemental training cannot leave the frog mountain or it will disappear, and humans aren't allowed in the frog village unless they are given permission from one of the higher ranked frogs

You know there's something I don't get at all. Jiraiya spent 2 and half years with Naruto and the only thing that he did is teach him the Odama Rasengan and improve his basic skills. He didn't even teach him the elemental training.
