OMG! My dad's best friend's (its a guy, their like brothers, lol) mom is an oldie, and she has a box filled with Barbie stuff from her daughters. She said I was aloud to take a few pieces of vintage clothing for my vintage Barbie and the Rockers doll, and that jeans skirt was one of them! Finally, I know where its from :DD
