  • Very awesome video, you schooled 'em! And oh, look up these 50's songs that sound very close to metal: Link Wray - Rumble, Link Wray - Raw-hide, Darrell Rhodes - Lou Lou, Dale Hawkins (rest in peace, he died recently) - Susie Q and Kip Tyler - She's My Witch. This one also sounds very metal like, I think it's 1959 or 1960: Scottie Stuart - Little Rocker. :D

  • @Bluemagus lol both yall

  • @FRforLIFE1 When exactly did I imply that I was talking about Drake, or any other mainstream artist, for that matter? I think it's a tad sad that you're ignorant of the genre yet touting your opinion as if it must be true. Please, I ask that you take a listen (or look at the lyrics) to Bang! by Eternia, Hold Your Head Up by Macklemore, Yuri Kochiyama by Blue Scholars, Escaping Arkham by Common Market, Smile by Eyedea & Abilities, and Deeper Look by O-Shen. I have more, if needed.

  • @andagii Yes Rap is so lyrical:Hot like wasabi shack and bake ricky bobby. what deep lyrical meaning that has. BTW Drake is a full grown retard

  • Underoath, good example

  • Heavy metal came forth during the late '70s in the United Kingdoms under the name "New wave of British Heavy metal" I think it was, giving us bands like Venom, Iron Maiden, Motörhead, Judas Priest, Saxon, a lot of good bands. However, Black Sabbath was already around at the late '60s and Rainbow was already around in the mid '70s.

  • HAHAHA "Hey Hey, Nicki Sixx, I know you're lying" you are a legend mate

  • I'm not a fan of metal or rock in general myself, I used to be, and there are still a few songs here and there that I like, but I would never say it's the worst genre ever. That award should probably go to screamo lol Metal requires incredible talent, even if said talent is used in such a way that it doesn't sound good to my ear; all anyone needs to do is try to pick up a guitar and try to learn to play and they'll gain a whole new level of respect for all those rock musicians out there.
