Home made Spinner Hubcaps

This has been on a buddies camcorder since the video was taken on May 2003..

2 beater sets of hubcaps a pop rivit gun and a lazy susan bearing and there ya have it..

We did this soon after seeing the first spinner wheels hit the scene just had to clown.

this was before the hubcap versions were readily available..
