its screen printed..no inkjet printer can make plastisol transfers..only screen printers can make one..

Because this is good for repeat customers. If you know they are going to order more shirts in the future, you can print these transfers in advance when you do an initial run of shirts. Then when they re-order, you don't have to set up the press again. You just heat press these on the shirts. Cuts down on inventory.

Sorry if I'm missing something, but if you have the ability to screen print plastisol onto a sheet of paper, why wouldn't you just print it right onto the shirt and save yourself a ton of time?

He did it as simple as possible. Screen printed a design on sheet of paper.

then threw it on a shirt carefully due to it not being cured. Then iron to adhere it to the shirt.

I do this with screen printing ink to transfer paper, then add a powder agent to the paper and cover all the design. Then place it under my flash dryer for a few seconds to just gel the design. When I am ready to put it on a shirt I can simply use my Heat Press and the design is on the shirt.

Do you cure thr plastisol on thr regular paper....as if it were the original paper

@sad2evil You would not cure the ink before transfer because if you cured it would not then transfer. Also I don't think you could fully cure plastisol ink on a sheet of normal paper without risking catching the paper on fire. By normal paper I think they just mean some good normal office paper... like a standard sheet of white paper.

This was not helpful at all. First I dont know what was used (products/materials), how to use it or where we can find it (buy it). However I do like the idea that it's on regular paper instead of that expesive ink jet printer transfer paper. This is good for those that know what Plastisol transfer is. Can you re-do the video, please.
