I'm really curious if anyone has looked into penis transplants. I am an organ donor. If someone can have my heart or my eyes, why not a penis?

There is a new procedure being performed in Serbia by a Dr. Perovic called the MLD-flap phalloplasty which uses the latissimus dorsi muscle from the back. The doctor has a fantastic success rate, and says that the procedure gives a much better result than the free forearm flap because the scaring is less severe and much less noticeable. He also reports that some small percentage of patients have been able to achieve erection without the use of a prothesis.

As for being "gay" (a matter of sexual orientation), it has nothing to do with being trans. There are heterosexual and homosexual trans people, just like everyone else. Furthermore, you don't take into account the fact that there are intersexed individuals (with or without ambiguous genitals) who don't fit neatly into either category as you define them.

I think it is intended for penis enlargement.. Type it into youtube. The first thing that comes up is an old doctor with white hair talking about penis enlargment surgery. Saying stuff like "if you have a 6 inch penis, you will have an 8 inch penis after the surgery." And I don't mean to be rude and don't mean to make any offense... But If you're born with a dick you're a male... If you're born with a vagina you're a women. Like, just call yourselves gay.. nothing wrong with that.

@TheManInBlack2003 Dr. Perovic's procedure works equally for transmen, or for men who have suffered penile trauma due to accident or illness. It is not intended for cosmetic enlargement.

And a word of advice: given the forum, you should probably refrain from throwing around terms like "real guy". It shows a lack of consideration which I wouldn't like to think is intentional on your part.
