@pioli12 Look at the brighter side, your a hardworking student to actually finish the project even if it eats into your sleep time. I know how it is because i put my projects way back and have to complete them all at the night before the assignment is due. Just start asap next time and think about what you really want vs what you want. (What you really want is what matters).

@TheSophist2007 I didn't know that. Some people can wait to the last minute and do well. But since most can't it's best not to do so. Especially when it comes to homework, work deadlines, etc. Thanks for the comment...

Father Hurley, I know I am a procrastinator. Yesterday, I even ordered two highly-rated procrastination books. Though I am not sure why I ordered them, because if I read them, will I not be procrastinating?
I have lots of coursework to do and need to complete all of my units for a college course - otherwise I'll be kicked out. Yet I find it so difficult to get started. Please could you advise me on what to do next. I have no idea, and the thought of failing is completely putting me off it all.

My advice to you is start as soon as you read this reply. I am a procrastinator "in treatment". I force myself to start on assignments, sermons, etc. early. That really is the cure to procrastinating. Procrastinating gives us every reason in the world not to start. Think about it. You know that if you don't do the work, you will be put it out. Yet, the thought of being put out is stopping you from doing the very assignments you need to do to stop this undesired event. START NOW. Peace and love.
