Ive bought and used one side sanded 3/4" plywood but its around $34 a sheet where I live. What do you recommend and whee is the best place to find it? I have been told a few different things but never where to find it. I make these and sell them in Texas, but Im trying to find the best wood at the best price for resale.

Thank you for posting this video. I am hoping to build a set like this before I leave for OBX in NC in September. I also favorited this so I can take notes also. One of my coworkers said I should build it like this. Keep up the good work.

We make them in regulation size, and in tailgate size. The video was not done to regulation because many of the hobbiests like the tailgate size; we seem to sell more of them at least.
