  • ok good .. so if i'm a man and i want to decrease it i have avoid all these foods right ?? .. i heard brocolie was great to decrease it is that right .. can you make a video on how you could decrease it??please.

  • Based on the foods that you listed, I am pretty sure I have enough estrogen in my diet. Why do I still get cramps from hell??
