my friend has had this phone since the moment it go out to the stores, and she only had problems with some apps few times but it got solved. camera is good, the phone is very light and you get used to the touch screen very fast if you had before a 'normal' cell phone :)) ... it also doesn't get scratched if it falls down and the battery life is acceptable.

@gingerburst I wouldn't advise getting this model now
I advise getting LG Cookie Fresh or LG Cookie Lite they are both available in stores and are very good
