Push ups increase upper body strength and muscle endurance. Using the foam roller to raise the feet a few inches off the floor makes this exercise more challenging for your upper body and enhances core strength and balance. Foam rollers are an inexpensive addition to your home gym set-up. This is a 10 rep set exercise demonstration.
