Most of us want to do our little bit to fight climate change and help people in the developing world, but somehow, sometimes, many of just never get round to making changes to our own lives.
Enter, stage left, The Nag, a new website dedicated to nagging you once a month to do something small to make a difference.
This month you're asked to change your electricity to a green tariff; next month you'll be prompted to look at the ethics of your wardrobe.
Newconsumer.tv went behind the scenes on the website's launch day to find out what makes the Nag team tick and gatecrash their party on 'sex and climate change'.
