Huge butterflied shrimp are dipped in egg then a mixture of coconut flakes and coarse Panko bread crumbs then fried in hot vegetable oil until golden...drained on paper towels and served with lemon and lime wedges and two dipping sauces... (Thai sweet chili sauce and a Louie sauce) To die for!
