Slip of the tongue there? Was this an advert or a review? Do you think most consumers know the difference? This is why you have to ALWAYS wonder if the reviewer has been paid anything by the manufacturer.

@TechBargains fair enough.  It was the only video review of yours that I've seen and I'm pretty skeptical anyway when it comes to tech reviews...but to maintain your credibility you should never allow such a slip to get through.

meh, some reviews say that the speakers are awesome, some others say they are weak ... i'll be receiving my XPS 17 tomorrow, so i'll see for myself =) *Excited, from 6 to 16 hours to go :'D*

beast of a laptop - I have i7 2670qm, 1080p matte screen, dvd drive, 1TB hard drive, 8 GB RAM, 2mp webcam, Nvidia Geoforce gt 555m graphics card. Runs virtaully most games at great frame rates, runs video editing software, 3d modelling, rendering, animation and most applications very fast. The speakers are very good for a laptop and its battery life is quite good. I seriuosly reccomend this laptop. I got mine with the above specs for £850/$1348 and it was new.
